ESLighting, Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit polymer HRP Frozen Detection System, is a ready-to-use system that is designed specifically to allow immunohistochemical staining on frozen human tissue sections. Compared to FFPE detection, Frozen Detection System ensures the staining specificity and sensitivity with much less incubation time, normally within several minutes. Achieving this goal, we optimize the formulation and concentration of polymers to shorten the incubation time into several minutes that would perfectly fit the need of frozen detection.
The ESLighting Detection System detects Mouse/Rabbit bound to an antigen in tissue sections. This polymer-complex is then visualized with a suitable substrate/chromogen.
The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence should be determined by a qualified pathologist and complemented by morphologic studies; controls should be evaluated within the context of the patient's clinical history and/or other diagnostic tests.
